Shipping Information and FAQ

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are processed on and shipped on the day you ordered. Depending on the shipping option you choose, this will determine how fast you will get your order.  We give you several options on the method and time frames for shipping.

We also send out tracking numbers when the order has been shipped.

Do you offer fast delivery options such as overnight or 2 and 3 day delivery?
We do offer this.  You will see the option when you get to the shipping option page of the checkout process.

If you need something overnight or within a 3 day time period, it is best to call customer service to make sure we can get this out for you in the time you need.  1-800-381-8079 10:00am - 6:00pm EST. 

Orders May Ship From Multiple Warehouses
Not all products ship from the same warehouse. Shipping rates are assessed per warehouse, and orders being shipped from multiple warehouses will be assessed multiple shipping charges.


Shipping Methods to Canada and Europe
When shipping to Canada and the UK, customers may choose from discounted postal rates, or use UPS or Fedex. Super-Saver shipping is not available to Canadian or European customers. Shipping times are shows as follows:

Postal Service 7-21 Business days, excluding holidays *
Fedex/UPS Air 5-10 Business days, excluding holidays *


Note: Special Notice for international customers. If you pick a method of shipping that has no delivery confirmation (Such as the US Postal Service) - then our obligation for delivery stops when the carrier of your choice picks up the product. If you are ordering expensive items, we strongly suggest you use a method of delivery such as UPS or Fedex that requires a signature. All losses in transit for items shipped by the US Postal Service are the responsibility of the customer. You have a choice when you check out - so choose according to your comfort level with the risk.

What is your return policy?
Received the Wrong Item?  FREE returns/exchanges.  We'll pay for return shipping when you received the wrong item. 

Simply call our customer service center at 1-800-381-8079 between the hours of 10am and 6pm EST Monday thru Friday. A customer care representative will help you. You will need to let the representative know which item you received and the original order number.

We will automatically ship you a replacement product and a return shipping label for the incorrectly received items at our cost. It's that easy!

For all other returns, you will need to request a RMA Number by contacting our returns authorization consumer line at 1-888-433-3788 x 2 between the hours of 10am and 6pm EST Monday thru Friday.

We must receive the return back in our offices or designated warehouse within 30 days of the time you received the item. The RMA Number must be printed on the package, or on the return slip inside the package. Failure to do so will cause an Unauthorized Return Restocking Fee to be assessed.

Standard 20% restocking fee will be assessed unless item is damaged, low quality or doesn't match the picture on the page. You can get this waived my calling into our customer service line.
