 | Good To Know Feb 6, 2010 |
| I believe every person should have one in their home. Very educational. Lots of comments from other authors to back up this author. This book is a good tool for Pastors. | | | | Move over Billy Graham, Bill Wiese is back in town Dec 4, 2009 |
This is the most important book you will ever read. More important than the Bible, even, because it shows you the wonderful truth of God's love and mercy as plain as plain can be. God loves us so much that he doesn't want to have to torture us in hell forever and ever, even though of course we deserve that punishment.
We should all get down on our knees and thank God for entrusting this world-shattering truth to someone with the selfless integrity and literary ability of Bill Weise. Imagine all those poor people who would have otherwise ended up being burned for eternity had Bill not been put on this earth by God to spread the truth of the reality of hell.
Hell is a real place. We can be absolutely sure of this because Bill Weise has been there, and Bill Weise knows whereof he speaks. Let's thank God for the miracle that Jesus transported Bill to hell and then brought him back again! I know some Christians like Erwin Lutzer preach that once you've ended up in hell, one minute after you die, there's no way back. But they of course overlook the fact that God made an exception for his personal ambassador Bill Weise. But rest assured God won't make an exception of you. It pains me to have to say this, but God will burn you, will torture you in hell forever and ever. Unless you buy this wonderful book that is.
| | | | Bill Wiese - The paragon of obedience, excellence and diligence. Jul 13, 2009 |
After revealing hades to John Bunyan in the 17th century, Mary K. Baxter in 1976 and many others, God took Bill Wiese out of his body and transported him to hades. The description of the horrible conditions of hell, the activities of sadist torturing demons, and the incessant torment of the damned in hades from Bill Wiese's pen are strikingly similar to the descriptions of John Bunyan and Mary K. Baxter. - After writing 23 Minutes in Hell, Bill Wiese did a diligent research work studying the Bible and Bible commentaries to answer the questions he had received since the publication of 23 Minutes in Hell. If you go through this book looking up the Bible references Bill Wiese cites in his work, you will have a deeper understanding on God's view of sin, its eternal consequences in your life, and God's plan of salvation for you. - If you are a Christian, then you will appreciate your salvation much better after reading this book, because you will see much better from what God saved you when you put your faith in his son, Jesus Christ.
Galatians 6:7-8 ( NIV ) "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction (in hell); the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life (in heaven). | | | | Everyone in the world should read this at least once Jul 7, 2009 |
If you ever wanted to know the truth about Hell look no further. Bill means what he says and has all the scripture to back it up. Everyone should read and be warned that Hell is where the unsaved go. God sends nobody there it is a choice a choice we have until the second we die to make. I recommend it for the believers and unbelievers alike
| | | | Wiese is a phony! Jun 17, 2009 |
| In the Apostle Paul's second recorded letter to the Corinthian church, he writes about his heavenly vision. He takes only four sentences to mention the experience. St. Paul says that "man is not permitted to tell" any details. The guy who wrote about his 90 minutes in heaven trumps Paul? Similarly, one would think that a report in the year 2009 about Wiese's hellish experience is every bit as ridiculous as the other author's report on heaven. Dante's INFERNO is a classic insight into the Biblical theme of hell, but Weise is a phony from his feet up. The only people who take him seriously are the kind of people who are are ignorant and always getting "revelations" from the other world. Titillation is the attraction. In my area, a church is having Wiese as a guest speaker, accompanied (fittingly) with a Hollywood stunt man and a car and motorcycle show. Can you imagine the great Apostle of Christ appearing with such a format? The Bible contains the information we have on heaven and hell. Wiese may have had a dream or nightmare, but his egocentric message, in which he is the central attraction, will be something for which he will give account on the day of judgment. No one has the right to market a tale in which he is the superstar. It is amazing to me that the gullible masses will read something of this sort and pay so little attention to the Bible and its great themes. Christianity is not a circus; it is God's redemptive outline for life. | | | Write your own review about Hell
