| We were completely blindsided by this book as a gift for our preschool/elementary age kids. It's creepy - you think you are reading an average holiday story about candy canes are all about, and then you turn the page to suddenly encounter a flogged Jesus, bleeding with a Roman guard with a whip above him! Merry Christmas from Mel Gibson is the general theme......Such a misleading title.
