| I thought this book, "Pregnancy=40 Weeks of Preparation", offered great insights on how to prepare yourself for the stressful events during pregnancy and after giving birth to your child. Also, it had great suggestions on how to heighten the good times, too. Eventhough I am past the time in my life to be pregnant and to give birth, I found many wonderful ways to reflect on my life and make it better.
