| I have been onced again blessed to have had the opportunity to read another book of T.D. Jakes. It started out a little slow but onced I got to about the second Chapter, the text just leaped out and had me in tears. Before I purchased this book, I read comments about it, and I can trully vouche as to it being as though Pastor Jakes is talkiing directly to the reader. In the text, he gave different descriptions and scenarios of individual situations, and I was just so amazed to see how I was one of those people. I am so glad to know that Pastor Jakes is a servant sent from Yahweh (god)who himself has been tested, and traveled through this spiritual warefare. I do not know him personally, but for one to write such personal situations has to be one to have endured them as well. This book was so uplifting and again inspiring to me. It gave great tips on how to fight against satan attacks. The most I like about these readings is how Pastor Jakes uses the WORD the bible, these are not his personal philosphy on what he thinks,or how he feels, but he takes us directly to scripture, and I love that. This book gives understanding to why people do and perhaps act the way they do. Its that simple and that clear. TD Jakes writes like he is talking to you. It is a very good read, a must read. I didn't want to put it down.

| Overcoming the Enemy is a AWESOME book to read. It enligthens us how to be a effective Christian warrior. I recieved this book and finished it in two days! I believe I will be a more effective spiritual warrior after reading this book.
