| The ESV translation is the best version I have ever come across. The only problem with this particular study Bible is the lack of maps which is normally found at the back of such Bibles. That does not take away from the rest of the book though. My wife and I decided to give each other the Reformation Study Bible-ESV for Christmas, and we couldn't have done better. We use the ESV in our church, and regard it as the best English translation today: excellent for its accuracy AND readability. The footnotes are useful. The extensive Theological notes are well-written and concise. The clear presentation of Reformed views should be helpful to all Bible students, whether they agree or not.

| This is a wonderful translation, an "easy read". The introductory essays and footnotes are marvelous study aids. I use this Bible daily. I plan to give one to my mother for Christmas.
