The songs are superb on the CD. "Arise shine" is an upbeat praise and worship; makes you bop your head a little. "Higher" is another upbeat song, more like a fun urban dance beat. "Clap/shout" is upbeat as well, however I didn't really like the way the songstress sung this. It sounded a bit robotic, and the melody was like listening to a prerecorded melody that is found in an electric piano keyboard. "Stomp," reminds me of those DJ's rants inside the nightclubs back in the day. However, it's upbeat, and fun. I especially love "Praise is what I do" and "Yes" both are meant for you to meditate on God's love and glory. "How deeply I need you" is also beautiful, and encourages you to meditate on God's great glory. "Jesus" the most anointed song on the entire CD. The smooth tones will send you into a fervent worship. I totally recommend this CD.
Disc two will bless you even more. It is a DVD You are able to view Shekinah Glory Ministry's Holy spirit anointed church, while in service.
The first segment, is of the song "Praise is what I do" A father waits up for his street thug son to return home, and when he does, his father tells the son how much he loves him, and God loves him. As the song is playing in the background, the son shows the drug money to his father, and his father slaps it out of his hand. This made the son mad, and pulls his gun on his father. The son's friend encourages him not to use it, as they walked out of the house. Long story short, the son walks in the church, where his father is singing the song "Praise is what I do" and gives his heart to the Lord on his knees, midway at the altar. His father greets him with a grateful hug. Also, there are more segments of praise and worship, ministered in the Church services. You will enjoy this entire music CD & DVD.
