| I am an orthodontist and I strongly recommend that you purchase this book for your child who is about to get braces and those already in braces. It is a delightful book, written in a manner that all ages can read and understand. The authors do a great job at giving us simple, fun recipes that will not only meet the nutritional requirements for the patient, but also set their mind at ease, in that they will still be able to eat tasty foods. | This is a great book for those with braces. As a 44 year old braces wearer, I found the recipes both easy to make and yummy too. It's alsovery informative; I learned about things like soaking raisins for ten minutes, and just a good idea of what I could and could not eat in the Substitution Specials pages.
