| The Life Applications Study Guide proved to be very effective for leading a discussion-based Sunday School class. Rather than asking obvious content questions, as many guides do, the Life Applications guide challenged my class to understand the context of the passage, relate key principles to our lives, and change how we live in response to what we learned. Having the text, study notes, and discussion questions all contained within the study guide was convenient for the class and made it easy to include visitors. Each lesson includes a synopsis of the main principle to help the class get to the point. I have been in many classes where the study guide did very little to stimulate discussion. The Life Applications Study Guide, however, seemed to encourage the class to really open up.
