| I am normally not a person who likes self-help books but a friend of mine recommended it. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It was an outstanding book which made a lot of sense. The author does a wonderful job with the flow of the book making it a fast read. Important themes are repeated. It was very helpful to me as a father of a 3 yr old. | The book does a great job explaining how important a father is to a daughter. I had no sisters so I didn't no exactly what I was getting into when I had a daughter. Some people may not like the book because it talks about faith. This was really a powerful book. Its basically a doctor telling about her experiences with children and their issues. What caused them, and what the father could have done to cause or prevent this from happening.
