| Zechariah is one of the OT Apocalyptic books, which means it should be read slowly and prayerfully. Dr. McGee's commentary is an excellent resource if you are going through this book during your daily devotional time, or a small group study. What I love about the Dr. McGee's commentaries is that he "compares spiritual things with spiritual," meaning he does not give an interpretation on an isolated verse without running it through the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation. I have purchased several of Dr. McGee's commentaries, and so far I have not been disappointed.
