I am really enjoying this Leeland CD. It reminds me a lot of the style of Bryan Adams with a very uplifting spin. I'm listening to it over and over.
their first cd was better Jan 9, 2010
I liked their first cd much more. I haven't listened to this one in a while, so I can't remember why I don't like it. But I know that I don't.
Better Than Before (If Possible) Aug 25, 2009
After The Sound of Melodies, many people believed that Leeland would have trouble coming up with a second album that was even better than the first. Opposite Way, however, vastly exceeded everyone's expectations. Filled with more of the same driving, energetic, and fresh praise music as its predecessor, the album delivers a whole new batch of insightful lyrics and catchy melodies. Songs like "Wake Up" and "Opposite Way" force the listener to stop and consider how passionate they are about their faith. The joy of songs like "Count Me In" cannot be described in mere words; rather, you need to listen to this album and experience the heartfelt and original music that this young band creates.

Great CD Oct 29, 2008
This CD picks up where Sound of Melodies left off. It has alot of good tunes with great Christ honoring lyrics. It does though, have tunes similar to the last release, but that is their style.
