The book is captivating. Kuhlman opens it with the words, "that which is contained within these pages is very sacred to those to whom these things have happened. Their experiences are too precious and too sacred to be shared with those who would read only to scoff, and listen only to deride."
Having read those words, I began the book with an open mind. As I read story after story of war wounds healed, sight lost in industrial injuries restored, and incurable cancer instantly removed, it became clear that this was a woman who undoubtably had power to heal! And she always seemed to give the credit back to Jesus Christ. I finally put the book down, determined to find out more about this amazing woman. And did I ever find it.
Kathryn Kuhlman was married in 1938 to fellow evangelist Burroughs A. Waltrip. They had been romantically involved for several years, during which time he left his wife and children to join forces with her ministry. Their marriage broke up in 1946, not long before she embarked on her healing career. She always went by "Miss Kuhlman" and publically denied ever having been married.
God is not the author of lies but the Truth. Kathryn Kuhlman's entire healing ministry was operated under the cloak of a lie. God could not have been behind it, powerful as it was. Jesus prophesied,

This book was a GODsend to me as a teenager.
I had always known GOD still healed because of what the BIBLE says...but I had never met anyone personnally who had been healed.
In this book you will read of many people the doctors could not help- but GOD could, and DID!
Each and every account has medical proof before and after of the healings. (not that I needed that, but there are those 'doubting-Thomases' who might be interested).
After reading this book I myself was healed.
One night I had an excruciating earache I actually screamed out (screams I stifled with my pillow) because of the pain of it was beyond controling-I KNOW the faith gained by this little book helped me to BELIEVE GOD would heal me too.
And HE did.
The pain totally vanished after 15-30 minutes or so of that crying out to GOD prayer.
Through my life I have heard: "I'll believe it when I see it."
Almost all of us who have recieved a miracle know it is the other way around: "You will see it when you believe it."
I gave this book as a gift to my daughter and I begged her to read it.
(Isn't that about the strongest reccommendation one can give?)

| A great woman of God who had tremendous anointing and a huge mantle. She is often related to Benny Hinn by people who speak about healers...but in all truth...she had way more anointing and way less obnoxious personality.
