| The anecdotes and stories are great. The instruction is motivational and helpful. John Maxwell understands both the business world and the Christian world of being a pastor. This book is about leadership, regardless of what you are the leader of. If you are struggling as a leader or are new at being a leader, I strongly recommend this book. It is also good for those who are doing well in leadership. This book is loaded with great ideas. The one negative I found was typographical errors.
