This bible is very cute and compact. I bought this for my 8 year old because the other bibles are so big and bulky for her to carry. It is a great bible for girls that want something compact. It has a magnetic closure and a soft leather cover. There are 2 reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. 1)The words are very small. Since it is compact I am not sure if the text could be enlarged just a little, they would probably have to add more pages and it may not be so compact anymore. 2)The cover is a light color so it may get dirty faster.
However, I would buy it again because my daughter really likes it which is most important because you want your children to be interested and excited to read God's word...having the right bible will do that. | | | | Beautiful gift! Feb 10, 2009 |
| I got this adorable Bible for eight year old birthday gift and she loves it! She was so proud to take it to church with her. The cover has a really beautiful look and feel to it and the special features all are great incentives to encourage reading. It is presented in a very 'cool' format that she won't outgrow for years!
