There is a lot of useful information in this book. There is also quite a bit in the book that is simply the authors viewpoint and personal experience.
Take what helps you and leave the rest alone....Knowing Christ has already won the war is the most important truth...He (Christ) who is in you is greater than he of this world!(1 John 4:4 paraphrased)Convincing yourself of this ABSOLUTE TRUTH will make the rest of your "spiritual battles" seem like a cake walk.
I would say most people seeking help from spiritual warfare books are not spiritually mature enough to put the tactics to good use anyways...When the Devil counter attacks with a full out assault, are you mature enough to withstand it? Answer that honestly before picking up the book.
I guess what I am saying is sometimes these books can do more damage than good if you're not off the "spiritual milk" yet and eating solid food.
Unfortunately these books affix too much attention on the Devil in the ever increasing craze of "spiritual warfare". Turn all your attention to God while respecting that the devil is lurking and being prepared for his attacks...Anything other than that is minimizing what Christ has already done for us.
For the "mature" reader, definitely an informative and entertaining read if you can differentiate between truth and opinion.

| I think this is a MUST READ for everyone. It brings to light the workings of Satan and his demons and how God provides us (with the help of His Mighty Angels) to battle these threats to our eternal souls. Yes Dr. Ing does speak quite a bit about the Pacific Rim area but these threats are ever present no matter where you live... I believe he (Dr. Ing) speaks of the areas where He has had "hands on" work with people affected by the demonic powers. This book had brought me a better understanding of some of the "impulse" feelings I have experienced in the past and a better understanding of how to deal with them. | | | Write your own review about Waging Spiritual Warfare
