 | Recipe for living Jan 11, 2007 |
| This book really wraps up God's truths for living the life we were meant to live as Christians. It's a great reminder that following God's paths make life worth living. | | | | her best book yet Mar 28, 2006 |
How does the wise person become wise? Here's my answer: By choosing to live by deep truths.
Cynthia Heald has identified the deep truths she lives by in this book. But she doesn't merely state them. She makes them come alive by sharing stories from her life of how these truths came to anchor her soul. She tells other stories, also, stories from her experiences that illustrate how these truths were followed -- or ignored -- by others, and the real-life consequences.
When I finished this book I felt that I had been given two gifts: a glimpse into a life well lived, and the tools to live that life myself. I have read many books by Cynthia Heald and I think this is her best. | | | Write your own review about Maybe God Is Right After All
