I purchased one of these Bibles several years ago. Since then I have purchased 4 more for gifts, mostly to ministers. Each of them say basically the same thing "It makes the story in the Bible come alive". "It makes the Bible read like an exciting novel" , "It makes understanding the Bible much easier".

| I really like the way the book is setup, my only critiques are that it is rather large and bulky for travel, and the calendar is hidden in the back, but otherwise I really enjoy the commentary along with the Bible readings.
