| This information is needed so much today in our churches. Congregations do not understand the importance of following their leader. They do not realize that their blessings are dependant upon their attitudes towards leadership (their pastor). It really is a must read for all congregations and I am grateful to Rev. About 3 years ago, my pastor (at my previous church) recommended that the entire congregation read this book and sold them to us wholesale. I read it from cover to cover and it really impacted my life. It gave me a totally different and ordered perspective about the leadership within the church.
I moved and I now attend a different church and came across the book while upacking and thought I would give my current pastor a copy. I am going to suggest that he recommend that the entire congregation read this book, because it would definitely cut-down on the murmuring and the out-of-order challenging of authority within the different ministries in the church.
