This was the first Christian Rap CD that I've actually paid for!!! Someone allowed me to view their copy first, and I loved it so much that I decided to purchase it myself. Our World: Redeemed by FLAME - cd Rap music I bought this cd for my son since he is into "Christian Rap Music" but I listen to it too, and song number 12 is actually one that I could sing along with. My usual pet-peeve with Rap is that you can't understand the words because most "secular" rappers slur their words together so that the only words that you hear are the swear or obscene lyrics. However, this is not the case with the group Flame. You can understand what they are saying and the message of their lyrics are straight to the point. "Get your life right."
Good for a Christian Rap Album Dec 25, 2008
I've been looking in my few spare moments to find wholesome hip hop music. I approach it from a dancer's perspective and, in my view, this isn't much better than your standard rap album as far as quality is concerned (which means 1 great song, a few decent tracks, and a bunch of tracks you can barely stand listening to). Here are a couple track ratings in case you want to download select tracks: Joyful Noise - 5/5 Amazing track Go Buck - 4 I Been Redeemed - 4 3 stars: Who Can Pluck Us It's You See More Him Power In Your Name 2nd Coming The rest of the tracks are pretty poor quality. If you're looking for a good beat, "Joyful Noise" is great. "Go Buck" is a decent track for krumping. Other than that, not so thrilled.

I enjoyed this CD, although, I don't think it is quite as good as Our World: Redeemed. It just seems a little bit slower.
One of the things I really like about Flame is he doesn't water down the truth. It's like listening to a preacher rap a sermon to you.
