I saw this at a local Lowes and shopped for it on this site at a savings of 10 [...], plus no tax or shipping. It is a beautifully illustrated book with tempting, mouth-watering recipes and photos. My analysis to date is that these are not "pie in the sky" recipes for day dreamers, but are real, down to earth practical eats. They seem realistic and easy to prepare and cover the entire range of foods. I am looking forward to many years of delicious alternatives to hamburgers and basic steaks.
