The unending knot work motif symbolizes eternity. Made of resin, with metal candle cups. Felt pads on bottom. Ceremony pamphlet included.
Wreath measures 12 3/4" diameter; 10" x 3/4" diameter
4 Advent candles included.
*Three of the Candles are purple to represent penance and longing; they are lit during the first, second and fourth weeks.
*One candle is rose colored to symbolize joy; it is lit durring the third week in glad anticipation of the birth of Jesus.
**Some holders (This one does not come with the white candle) come with a fifth Candle, the white candle.
The White candle represents the birth of Christ; it is lit on Christmas day in celebration of his coming. Bringing the hope of eternal life to the world.**
