The author does a very good job of introducing the concept to the uninformed reader, and providing suggestions on how to get a parish nursing ministry started in the local church. Since this book is the first I have read on parish nursing, I can only say that the content was very readable and easy-to-follow. Reading it has also made me want to learn more on the subject.
