| When I got this book, my intentions were to be more inspired or learn more on how to become a better witness to others. In regards to the other reviews this book seemed very inspirational. I think that it might be because I already was a Jesus freak before I read this book, that it didn't affect me much. I was very inspired though, by the book "Jesus Freak". Since everybody else seemed to love this book, I would have to recommend it to every Christian, because I am only one negative opinion of many positive ones. But if you want to be sure to be inspired I recommended "Jesus Freak", which is by the same author/band (D.C. Talk). If it doesn't inspire somebody- even a secular person, then there is something wrong with you. | I read this book and I loved it. It's amazing at the stories they not only tell in it, but if you have trouble understanding things, like I do, it really puts it in perspective for you. You get the big picture of what it's like to be a Jesus Freak. I was afraid to ever become a Jesus Freak. I was one of those people who wanted to be in the Christian world and secular world all at once. But this book really taught me that you can't do both. It also has made me realize how praise to God really does help you get through Hard times. I REALLY recommend this to anyone Teens and Adults. | I recieved this book as a Christmas present and had never read the first book (Jesus Freaks), so I had no idea what to expect. I am not one who likes to read books but I had just started diving into the world of books and decided I might actually read this book. When i opened it's pages I had no idea that I would finish them as fast as I did! This book is incredible because it uses real life stories! Also, it gives you steps and all things essential to live like a Jesus Freak.
