| I was a church pew baby - born in one and remained throughout much of my life. Nothing and no one has opened my eyes to the truths in the Word like Pastor Jon Courson has done in this commentary. He speaks truths in todays language meeting todays needs. I have bought this commentary for anyone who will take one (and even some who would'nt). I have watched lives transformed from fence walkers to true followers of Jesus through the diligent reading of this commentary. The scripture is in King James (my favorite) - and the commentary on it makes you not even realize you are reading King James. For me, it is less of a commentary that I would go to to look for understanding of specific verses - as it is a read through Bible. Many times I have read the Bible with little understanding. This commentary has opened my eyes, heart and soul through Jon's obvious God given gift used for HIS GLORY - to bring a greater awareness of GOD's Word to my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
