| Thankfully I didn't have to read this book because I had lost anyone--I actually read it to see if it would be good to give to a friend who had. I really felt that it covered so much more than I expected it to. It explained things I had never thought of in terms of death. This book isn't so long as to be overwhelming to someone in the midst of grief, but is long enough to adequately describe another way of looking at things and can be life-changing. It gives specific ways to deal with grief and takes the reader to another level of mindset.
