| Yes, simple and to the point but you get lots of infomation without being overloaded. I spent 3 hours in a bible bookstore comparing different bible commentarys and chose this one. From what I could see only one other really gave it a run for the money. At the end of each book of the bible there are questions for reflection and sources for further study. Has 56 feature articles, 40 charts, and 19 maps throughout the book. For my personal use it seemed to be the best for me. Great book that is simple and straightforward. | | | | A very useful tool!
