As always with Odyssey, I am expecting nothing but the very best... and I am rarely disappointed. This album just happened to have stories that were not that interesting to me. To be honest, if this was the first adventures in Odyssey that I had listened to (instead of being a fan for 10+ yrs.) I might not have bought another.
If you are new to Odyssey, I recommend instead "The Novacom Saga," a riveting mystery, which I consider to be some of their best work. | | |  | A Little Disappointing.... Oct 1, 2009 |
| We haven't had any Adventures in Odyssey CD's for a few years and so I thought this would be a great one to introduce my 3 year old to, but I was sadly disappointed. No one was really interested in hearing ALL of the commentary, and 3 of the CD's were just one long story, which was hard for my younger ones to really follow. | Adventures in Odyssey is a welcome friend in our family. My kids love listening to the stories unfold while riding in the car or before falling asleep at night. I appreciate the highly imaginative stories being told. It is great for my kids to listen w/their ears to the story details and fill in the pictures in their own imaginations.
